INDUSTRIAL PAN COATING
Reduce Paper & Oil Usage for a More Sustainable Bakery!
Achieve an estimated 300 to 600 releases before refurbishment… up to 30% more than other silicone glazes! Pans with AMERICOAT® glaze can be refurbished multiple times without causing damage to the pan material.
Food Contact Safe
AMERICOAT® is a silicon-based, non-stick, and non-toxic coating that is responsibly manufactured and derived from naturally occurring minerals. AMERICOAT® complies with all relevant FDA, EU, and other known regulations for food contact. This coating sets the standard for silicone release coatings and is used on all American Pan glazed pans.

Handling ProceduresFOR BAKING PANS WITH AMERICOAT® COATING
AMERICOAT® silicone glaze has excellent release properties and resistance to corrosion. However, exposure to excess heat or moisture and contact with plant equipment or practices that cause abrasion of the coating can shorten the life of your pans. Following these handling requirements will minimize the risk of damaging your pans and maximize the life of your coated pans. Neglect to follow these guidelines will reduce the life of your pan.
