We’ve perfected the process for cleaning and recoating baking pans through 25 years serving some of the world’s largest and most demanding bakeries.
1. STRAIGHTENING (OPTIONAL)
Automatic/manual tools and machines remove dents and warping, restoring pans to a useful state.
2. COATING REMOVAL & CLEANING
A chemical-free cleaning process removes the existing coating as well as heavy greases and carbon from pans.
Pans are then coated with RilonElast and cured in high-temperature ovens.
In most cases, pans will be back in your bakery and good as new in 2 to 3 weeks.
RilonElast coatings have excellent non-stick properties and excellent bonding to the substrate; however, exposure to excess heat or high temperature steam and contact with plant equipment or practices that cause abrasion of the coating can shorten the life of your pans. Following these handling requirements will minimize the risk of damaging your pans and maximize the life of your coated pans. Neglecting to follow these guidelines will reduce the life of your pan.
