OUR EXCLUSIVE METHODOLOGY AND COATINGS PROLONG PAN LIFE AND RESTORE OPTIMAL PERFORMANCE
We’ve perfected the process for cleaning and recoating baking pans through 25 years serving some of the world’s largest and most demanding bakeries.
1. Straightening (Optional)
Hydraulic presses and custom-made dies remove dents and warping, restoring pans to their original shape.
2. COATING REMOVAL & CLEANING
A proprietary stripping and cleaning process removes the existing coating as well as heavy greases and carbon from pans.
Pans are then coated with OptiShield® and cured in high-temperature ovens.
In most cases, pans will be back in your bakery in 2 to 3 weeks to provide optimal performance.
For Baking Pans with DuraShield and OptiShield Coatings
DuraShield and OptiShield coatings have excellent non-stick properties and resistance to corrosion. However, exposure to excessive heat or moisture and contact with plant equipment or practices that cause abrasion of the coating can shorten the life of your pans. Following these handling requirements will minimize damage and maximize the life of your coated pans. Neglecting to follow these guidelines will reduce the life of your pan and, if the damage is sufficiently severe, may potentially void the warranty
