Is there a minimum number of pans that I must order for a custom order?
The minimum number of items for a custom order is 250 pieces.
How long does it take to manufacture orders?
The amount of time that it takes to complete an order will vary. If we already have the tooling in stock needed for an order, it will take approximately 8-10 weeks. If we do not have the tooling in stock, it will take approximately 10-12 weeks to complete the order.
What are the shipping rates for orders?
Please contact your sales representative for a shipping quote for your custom order.
Can you recoat pans that were manufactured by someone else?
In some cases, we can recoat pans that were manufactured by a different company. We ask that you please be prepared to provide photos and/or samples to your sales representative.
What languages are spoken by your sales staff?
We have a diverse sales team that can speak languages including English, Arabic, Romanian, Brazilian, Spanish, Russian, French, Italian, German, and Dutch.
Do you provide a certificate or origin for the manufactured pans?
Yes, pans manufactured at our facility will include a certificate of origin stamped by the Romanian Chamber of Commerce. An EUR 1 certificate can also be provided.
Can I request a custom color for a DuraShield or OptiShield coating?
Yes, we can apply DuraShield or OptiShield coatings in a custom color. Please note that the colors will come at an additional cost and longer lead time.
