Available as flat tray or with flat or rounded bottoms flutes. Baking trays can be customized to any size and configuration and manufactured for use with any industrial oven system. Frames are attached by welds, rivets or our patented TabLock system.
INCREASED STRENGTH
For heavy duty industrial applications, sheet pan frames can be constructed with interlocking rib design which allows pans to stack and also protects the baking screen to increase pan life.
Reinforcing ribs on sidewall of pans help resist bowing.
MATERIAL OPTIONS
Our sheet pans and trays are available in aluminum, aluminized steel, or stainless steel and can be manufactured with curled edges, folded edges, wire in rim or band in rim construction.
