Tray/Rack Oven Style Muffin & Cake Pans
• Tray/rack oven style pans allow for good air flow in sidewalls and are available with 5/16" wire in rim or 1/2" or 5/8" wide band in rim. This is the most common style bun pan and is compatible with rack ovens.

Channel Frame Style Muffin & Cake Pans
• Channel frame pans can be provided with a seamless mould panel, a lock seamed mould panel or grommeted moulds.

Auto-Bake Style Muffin & Cake Pans
• Auto-Bake style pans use an interlocked strap design that permanently joins the high-strength steel frame to the mould panel without the use of welds or fasteners.
• The interlocked strap design eliminates seams and crevices on the perimeter of the baking surface, greatly enhancing the sanitation and durability of the tray.
• These pans can also be designed to nest which allows for safe stacking of trays when they are not being used in the bakery system.

Bun Pan Style Muffin & Cake Pans
• Bun pan style pans are available in band up or band down (inverted) designs.
• The inverted design provides one of the strongest pan designs available and, like flat type style pans, provides excellent heat flow around the pan.
• Inverted style pans are not compatible with center guide systems and typically require magnetic or other special indexing.
