Tray/Rack Oven Style Muffin & Cake Pans

 

Tray/rack oven style pans allow for good air flow in sidewalls and are available with 5/16" wire in rim or 1/2" or 5/8" wide band in rim. This is the most common style bun pan and is compatible with rack ovens.

Strapped Style Muffin & Cake Pan Sets


Strapped sets can be designed using any pan size and configuration. Our strapping is designed to permanently join the pans together using either rivets or welds.

 

Channel Frame Style Muffin & Cake Pans


Channel frame pans are designed to endure the force of slam depanning. The frame absorbs the impact of the depanning and protects the moulds or cups.

 

• Channel frame pans can be provided with a seamless mould panel, a lock seamed mould panel or grommeted moulds.

Auto-Bake Style Muffin & Cake Pans

 

Auto-Bake style pans use an interlocked strap design that permanently joins the high-strength steel frame to the mould panel without the use of welds or fasteners.

 

• The interlocked strap design eliminates seams and crevices on the perimeter of the baking surface, greatly enhancing the sanitation and durability of the tray.

 

• These pans can also be designed to nest which allows for safe stacking of trays when they are not being used in the bakery system.

 

 

Bun Pan Style Muffin & Cake Pans

 

Bun pan style pans are available in band up or band down (inverted) designs.

 

• The inverted design provides one of the strongest pan designs available and, like flat type style pans, provides excellent heat flow around the pan.

 

• Inverted style pans are not compatible with center guide systems and typically require magnetic or other special indexing.
