Industrial Baguette Pans/Baking Trays

 

• Available with TabLock Baking Screens which are constructed using a tab-lock attachment system (no rivets) for easy and economical replacement of baking screens. 

• Baking screens can also be attached to the frame using rivets, or welded for a permanent connection
 

• Available with Interlocking rib design allows pans to stack and also protects the baking screen to increase pan life.
 

• Pan size and mould configuration all to customer specifications
 

• Baguette panel is available solid or in any perforation pattern or size
 

• Available as flat screen or with moulds (fluted), flat or rounded bottoms
 

• AMERICOAT® Plus silicone coating or DuraShield® dark non-stick coating
 

• Stainless steel, aluminum or aluminized steel frames and screens
 

• Compatible with all industrial baking systems.

Channel Frame Baguette Pans

 

• The channel frame is made of aluminized steel to provide excellent protection of the aluminum baking screen.

• The baguette panel is attached to the frame using rivets to allow for replacement screens or can be welded for a permanent connection.

• Works well in both rack oven and conveyorized operations.


 

 

Aluminum Baguette Pans

 

• Pans consist of an all aluminum construction including frame and baguette screen.

• The baguette panel is attached to the frame using rivets to allow for replacement screens or can be welded for a permanent connection.

• Lightweight pan provides easy handling.

• Suitable for operations with rack ovens.
